- MOI Susceptible virus started at 10
- MOI Resistant virus started at 0
- NO Pocapavir applied
Things to note:
- Whole system is primarily made up of susceptible virus

- MOI Resistant virus started at 1
Things to note:
- Resistant viruses quickly became the dominant viral strain in the system

- Pocapavir was not applied until generation 3
Things to note:
- This is still a work in progress and the implementation needs to be slightly altered.
- Resistance can become dominant, even after prolonged susceptible growth.
